The space
1,500 square feet of warehouse with roll-up doors that open onto a yard and the trail.

Questions
How much does it cost to rent?
$50 an hour Monday to Thursday and $75 an hour Friday to Sunday and on holidays. Add any add-ons you need, plus the $100 cleanup fee.
What comes with the space?
The warehouse and yard for the hours you book. Audio, the projector, uplights, seating, and tables are add-ons you can pick on the inquiry form.
Can guests smoke or vape?
Yes, with the $100 smoking fee. Select it on your inquiry. If smoking or vaping happens without it, the fee is charged after the event.
When do I pay?
After we review your inquiry, we email you an invoice. Your date is locked in once it's paid.
Can I see the space before I book?
Yes. Mention it in your inquiry or email info@otbatl.com and we'll set up a time.
